Q: What does Bulk mean ?
A: Graphics board in antistatic bag and driver-CD
 
Q: What does Lite Retail mean ?
A: Graphics board in antistatic bag, driver-CD and technical accessories (cables etc.) in a small coloured box.
 
Q: What does Full Retail mean ?
A: Graphics board in antistatic bag, driver-CD, technical accessories, games and software in a big coloured box.
 
Q: What is VIVO ?
A: VIVO stands for Video-in and Video-out. This feature allows the recording and playing of videos with your pc and capturing from external sources via SVHS or composite cables. The VIVO feature cannot be added to a non-VIVO board.
 
Q: What is an Ultimate Edition ?
A: The Ultimate Edition is a special series by Sapphire, sporting passively cooled heatpipe system. This cooling solution from ZALMAN is absolutely silent and is offered for all actively cooled Sapphire graphics boards.
 
Q: What is a Fireblade ?
A: The Fireblade is a Special Edition of the Pro-version with guaranteed overclocking and a faster memory.
 
Q: What is Overdrive ?
A: Overdrive is a driver integrated tool for optimising the performance of your graphics board. Overdrive has to be activated in the driver panel (checkbox) and is a temperature dependent overclocking of the graphics chip. This overclocking is covered by the guarantee. Should this feature not be available use ATI Tools instead.
 
Q: Is there a difference between Bulk, Lite Retail and Full Retail boards?
A: Graphics boards of the same series are technically identical. The difference is just in the accessories.
 
Q: What is Trixx ?
A: Trixx is an overclocking Tool, same as Redline, where you can monitor your fan speed and temperature of your card (if supported)
